Appointment Policy

To ensure you receive the full benefit of your treatment, we kindly request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. While we strive to accommodate your entire session within the allocated time, delays exceeding 10 minutes may require rescheduling. For a comprehensive understanding of our fees, we invite you to review our cancellation policy. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated as we prioritize providing you with the utmost care and attention.

Cancellation | No Show Policy

To ensure that our guests receive prompt and efficient appointments while respecting the valuable time of our providers, La Clinique Aesthetics has implemented a 24-hour Cancellation | No Show Policy. In the event of a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a fee of $100 will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. This policy is designed to maintain fairness and availability for all clients. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.

In order to maintain the integrity of our scheduling system and honor the time of our providers, clients who have failed to show up or late-canceled on three occasions will be required to prepay in full for future services at the time of booking. The prepaid amount is nonrefundable in the event of a violation of our no-show/cancellation policy. However, if an appointment is rescheduled prior to 24 hours of the scheduled time, the prepaid amount will be credited towards future services at La Clinique Aesthetics.

By scheduling an appointment with us, you are acknowledging and agreeing to abide by our cancellation/no-show policy.

Refund Policy

We would like to inform you that we do not provide refunds for any services that have been rendered. It is important to understand that aesthetic results can vary significantly from person to person, and although we make every effort to achieve the desired outcome, we cannot guarantee specific results. Clients are responsible for any additional treatments that may be required to achieve their desired results.

We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds of retail purchases. However, if a product is found to be defective, it may be exchanged within a period of 14 days, but only for the same product.

We would like to clarify that gift certificate purchases are non-refundable.

Children Policy

At La Clinique Aesthetics, we have a deep appreciation for babies and children. However, we kindly request that you make appropriate child care arrangements prior to your appointment. This not only ensures the safety and well-being of your children but also creates a serene and tranquil environment for all our valued clients.

Pet Policy

To maintain a tranquil and uninterrupted environment for all our patients, we kindly urge you to abstain from bringing your pets with you during your visit to La Clinique Aesthetics. *Non-service animals will be asked to be removed from our clinic.
