For when your eyes look more tired than you feel.
Maybe the skin under your eyes looks thinner. A little more crepey. Shadows seem more noticeable, or the area simply doesn’t look as rested as it used to.
It can be tempting to assume you need filler.
But under-eye changes aren’t always about missing volume.
That’s where PRP Rejuvenation begins.
PRP, or platelet-rich plasma, is prepared from a small sample of your own blood and used to support your skin’s natural regenerative processes. Rather than simply adding volume, the focus is on improving the quality of the skin itself.
We start by looking at what’s actually contributing to what you see, including skin quality, anatomy, structural support, volume changes, and pigmentation.
Then we determine whether PRP makes sense for you.
The goal? Not different eyes.
Healthier-looking skin. A more rested appearance.
Still you.
What PRP Rejuvenation Can Do
- Support your skin’s natural regenerative processes
- Improve the appearance of crepey or thinning under-eye skin
- Improve skin texture and quality
- Soften the appearance of fine lines
- Help the under-eye area appear healthier and more refreshed
- Improve certain under-eye concerns without automatically adding volume
- Create gradual, natural-looking improvement
Think less about filling the under-eye and more about understanding what the tissue actually needs.
Treatment Areas
How it works
You tell us what you’re seeing. We figure out the rest.
1. Start with what you notice.
You don’t need to know whether you need PRP, filler, or something else. Tell us what looks or feels different.
2. We look beyond the under-eye.
Lynn evaluates your facial structure, skin quality, proportions, and areas where support has changed to understand what is contributing to what you’re seeing.
3. We determine whether PRP makes sense.
Not every hollow, shadow, or tired-looking under-eye has the same cause. Your treatment recommendation follows the assessment.
5. We treat strategically.
The prepared PRP is carefully placed based on your anatomy and treatment plan.
6. Your body takes it from there.
PRP works with your body’s own regenerative processes, so improvement develops gradually rather than overnight.
For patients who are good candidates, a series of three treatments may be recommended to build progressive improvement.
Pre + Post Care
Before Treatment
- Arrive well hydrated and eat normally before your appointment.
- Arrive with clean skin when possible.
- Avoid alcohol for 24–48 hours before treatment to help minimize bruising.
- When medically appropriate, avoid NSAIDs, fish oil, vitamin E, and other supplements that may increase bruising for 7–10 days before treatment.
- Do not stop prescribed medications unless directed by the clinician who prescribed them.
- Tell us about medications, medical conditions, recent illness, or changes to your health.
- Let us know about recent injectable treatments, dental work, or procedures.
- Let us know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Plan treatment at least 2 weeks before important social events, celebrations, professional photos, weddings, or travel to allow time for potential swelling or bruising to settle.
After Treatment
- Temporary redness, tenderness, swelling, or bruising may occur.
- Swelling can be more noticeable in the delicate under-eye area.
- Avoid strenuous exercise and significant heat exposure for the first 24 hours.
- Avoid rubbing, pressing, or unnecessarily manipulating the treated area.
- Follow the personalized aftercare provided at your appointment.
- Improvement develops gradually as your skin responds over the following weeks.
- Additional treatments are scheduled according to your individualized treatment plan.
Why Choose La Clinique:
Because a tired-looking under-eye doesn’t automatically need filler.
It’s easy to look at a hollow, shadow, or line and assume something needs to be filled.
We look deeper.
At La Clinique, Lynn begins with what you’re noticing and then assesses your skin quality, anatomy, structural support, volume changes, and facial balance to understand what’s actually contributing to the change.
Sometimes volume is part of the answer.
Sometimes the skin itself needs support.
And sometimes the area you thought needed treatment doesn’t need anything at all.
That’s why PRP isn’t recommended simply because someone has an under-eye concern. The treatment follows the assessment, not the other way around.
Structure before volume. Placement matters. No “more.” Just right.
Curious What We See?
Sometimes the hardest part is knowing what has actually changed.
Our facial medical visualization tool gives you a personalized preview of areas you may want to explore before your consultation. It’s not a filter, and it doesn’t decide what you need. It simply gives us another way to start the conversation.
Your personalized treatment plan is always based on your consultation and facial assessment.
