Radiesse®

Structure, support, and collagen. Without simply adding more.

Sometimes what you’re noticing isn’t one specific wrinkle or hollow. Your cheeks may feel less supported. Your jawline may look softer. Or your face simply doesn’t have the same structure it once did.

That doesn’t always mean you need more volume.

Radiesse® is a collagen-stimulating injectable that can provide immediate structural support while encouraging your body to produce more of its own collagen over time.

At La Clinique Aesthetics, we use Radiesse based on what your face actually needs, whether that means restoring support, improving contour, or focusing on skin quality.

The goal isn’t a fuller face.

It’s better support, better balance, and a result that still looks like you.

What Radiesse Can Do

  • Provide immediate structural support
  • Stimulate your body’s natural collagen production
  • Improve facial contours and definition
  • Improve skin firmness and quality
  • Restore support that has changed over time
  • Soften the appearance of certain folds and areas of laxity
  • Create gradual, natural-looking improvement

Depending on how it is prepared and placed, Radiesse can be used for structural support or collagen biostimulation, allowing treatment to be individualized to your face and goals.

Treatment Areas

Cheeks & Midface

For a face that feels flatter, less supported, or less defined than it once did. Strategic placement can help restore support and improve facial contours without simply making the cheeks bigger.

Lower Face & Jawline

For a jawline that has begun to look softer or a lower face that feels less defined. Radiesse can provide strategic support while stimulating collagen over time.

Smile Lines & Facial Folds

Sometimes the line you see isn’t where treatment needs to begin. We assess the surrounding structural changes contributing to the fold rather than automatically filling the line itself.

Chin & Pre-Jowl Area

For changes in contour around the chin and jawline. Strategic placement can help improve support and create smoother transitions through the lower face.

Neck & Décolletage

When used as a biostimulator, Radiesse can be used to stimulate collagen with the goal of improving firmness and the appearance of crepey skin.

Hands

For hands that have become thinner or more skeletal-looking over time. Radiesse can restore support and improve their overall appearance.
Not every area needs treatment. Your assessment determines where Radiesse can make the most meaningful difference.

How it works

Structure before volume.

1. We start with what you’re noticing.
You don’t need to know where product should go. Tell us what looks or feels different.

2. We assess what has actually changed.
Your facial structure, proportions, contours, skin quality, and areas of support are evaluated together.

3. We determine where support matters.
The area bothering you isn’t always the area that needs treatment. We look for what is contributing to the change before deciding where to place product.

4. Radiesse is placed strategically.

Depending on your treatment plan, Radiesse may be used to provide structural support, stimulate collagen, or both.

5.Your results continue to evolve.
Some improvement may be visible immediately, while collagen-related changes develop gradually over the following weeks and months.

Pre + Post Care

Before Treatment

  • Arrive with clean skin when possible.
  • Avoid alcohol before treatment to help minimize bruising.
  • Discuss medications or supplements that may increase bruising with your medical provider before making any changes.
  • Let us know about recent injectable treatments, dental work, or procedures.
  • Tell us about medications, medical conditions, or changes to your health.
  • Let us know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • Plan treatment at least 2 weeks before important social events, celebrations, photos, or travel to allow time for potential bruising and swelling to settle.

After Treatment

  • Temporary redness, tenderness, swelling, bruising, or firmness may occur.
  • Avoid strenuous exercise and significant heat exposure for the first 24 hours.
  • Avoid rubbing, pressing, or manipulating treated areas unless instructed otherwise.
  • Follow the personalized aftercare instructions provided at your appointment, including massage instructions when appropriate.
  • Some improvement may be visible immediately, with collagen-related results developing gradually over the following weeks and months.
  • Follow-up is recommended according to your individualized treatment plan.

Why Choose La Clinique:

Because the line you see isn’t always the problem.

It’s easy to look in the mirror, point to a fold or hollow, and assume that’s where something needs to be added.

We look beyond the line.

At La Clinique, Lynn begins with what you’re noticing, then assesses your facial structure, proportions, skin quality, and where support has changed to understand what may actually be contributing to it.

Sometimes the answer is restoring structure. Sometimes it’s stimulating collagen. Sometimes another treatment makes more sense. And sometimes the best recommendation is to leave an area alone.

The treatment follows the assessment, not the other way around.

Structure before volume. Placement matters. No “more.” Just right.

Curious What We See?

Sometimes you know something has changed, but it’s difficult to pinpoint exactly what.

Our facial visualization tool gives you a personalized preview of areas you may want to explore before your consultation. It’s not a filter, and it doesn’t decide what you need. It simply gives us another way to start the conversation.

Your treatment plan is always based on your consultation, facial anatomy, skin quality, and individual assessment.
